Member Requirements of MDS ( Master of Distributor System)

Genotech Inc. is a leading Distributor company in charge of MDS and integrate reputatable manufacturers and Engineering firms to offer a wide range of pre-engineered as well as custom engineered solutions for all water purification needs.

Genotech is also a special Environmental Service company to represent specified water treatment chemical, small manufacturing facility, pump, and filtration system and element for certain market to save enviromental polution, energy and cost.

MDS distributor sales system will classify two different types of distributor systems. Territory Segment Distributor (TSD), will be in charge of selected country or State (Providence) major business and inventory import arrangement for local segment distributor (LSD).

To be qualified as a TDS member, each member should complete Genotech training programs and meet certain finacial requirements to assist the approved local segment distributors (LSD). The selected LSD can be recommended from TSD. MSD has the right to be LSD company 20% shareholder. Each TSD member should recommend or select at least three (3) LSD as its sales network team.
